At Harbor Living Collective, we believe exceptional home care starts with dignity — for both clients and caregivers.

Founded by Jessica and Nomi, Harbor Living Collective was created to offer a more thoughtful, relationship-centered alternative to traditional home care. After years working in healthcare, caregiving, hospitality, and high-pressure support environments, we saw firsthand how difficult it can be for families to find consistent, compassionate care for the people they love.

We built Harbor Living Collective differently.

Our model focuses on long-term, consistent care with dedicated caregivers and extended shifts that prioritize continuity, trust, and calm daily routines. We believe people thrive when they are cared for by familiar faces who truly know them.

Jessica is a nurse and healthcare leader with extensive experience in both domestic healthcare and international humanitarian operations, including years managing complex medical and support programs in crisis settings around the world. Her work has always centered on protecting dignity, building systems that work for people, and ensuring compassionate care in moments that matter most.

Nomi is a chef and caregiver whose background in culinary arts and hospitality shapes the way she approaches comfort, routine, nourishment, and daily living. She understands that care is often found in the small details — a thoughtfully prepared meal, a calm environment, consistency, warmth, and helping someone feel truly at home.

Together, they created Harbor Living Collective to provide reliable, elevated home support that feels human.
